mostly by placing useful programs in the public domain. These are:
- Graeme McKinstry for supplying extra font dimensions for the
Symbol font
- Greg Lee, for an AFM-to-PL converter
- William Roberts, for getmetrics
- Bob Tinkelman, for providing the PostScript to generate
SmallCaps fonts.
